Grandview Pointe

EDC’s first development, Grandview Pointe is a three storey concrete tilt up office building with a single storey underground parkade with an additional single storey retail pad building. The office building was leased to National Bank Financial and Westland Insurance Group with the retail building being leased to a local restaurant.

This asset was sold in 2014 by EDC.
