Newton Commerce Centre

EDC purchased the vacant two storey concrete office building (formerly occupied by the RCMP) from Investors Group. After acquisition, EDC renovated, stratified and sold the second floor strata units to end users. Ground floor was leased to GoodLife Fitness and subsequently sold in August 2016.

This asset was sold in 2016 by EDC.
